Mental health and substance use treatment doesn’t start only at the individual level when someone begins counseling services. Intervention starts at the community level through prevention and building awareness of the risk factors and protective factors associated with mental health and substance use difficulties. Our Behavioral Health team is a strong advocate and implementor of community-based prevention strategies through community education. We deliver proactive services designed to reduce individual, family, and environmental risk factors, increase resiliency, and enhance protective factors to promote a healthy Kendall County.

Please feel free to contact us at (630) 553-9100 if you have any questions about potential community education presentations on comprehensive mental health and wellbeing topics.
