- Reconnection Assistance Program - provides a one-time service provided to people whose utilities have been disconnected because of non-payment. LIHEAP Reconnection Procedures
- Emergency Furnace Program - provides emergency furnace services, such as furnace repairs or replacements, to eligible households.
You may be eligible to receive assistance under the LIHEAP program if your household's combined income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Visit Illinois' LIHEAP website for current income levels.
The Energy Assistance Program begins on October 2, 2023. Call to schedule beginning: October 2: Households with seniors, disabled, and children under the age of 6. November 1: Households that are disconnected or imminently disconnected. December 1: All other qualifying households.
