The Kendall County Health Department (KCHD) is reporting 1013 cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), 717 in-recovery and deaths remain at 23.

Pumping gas is an easy way to transmit viruses. Please take precautions when filling up your vehicle and paying for the service.

Keep hands clean when pumping gas by:

Wearing disposable or washable gloves when pumping gas
Use disinfecting wipes on handles and buttons before you touch them (if available) and discard wipe properly
Remove gloves before entering your vehicle
After fueling, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds when you get home or somewhere with soap and water

Taking these steps today will reduce the spread of COVID-19 tomorrow.
